A table on the
open water

Table d'Eau is the fourth experience in the SHER collection — and the most considered. A luxury pontoon, anchored in the calm interior of Savannes Bay. A table dressed in white linen. Champagne on arrival. A curated menu of Saint Lucian cuisine, prepared from local produce and served as the light turns gold.

There are no walls. No other diners. No schedule beyond the tide and the light. Just the water, the mangroves, and a meal that belongs entirely to you.
